Shipping

We ship using Matkahuolto in Finland. We charge a flat rate of 10 euros for shipping in Finland.

Foreign Orders

Payment must be made in Euros. All orders are shipped by UPS Expedited. We charge a flat rate of 50 Euros for shipping inside European Union.

Returns

No merchandise may be returned without our express consent. If you would like to return something, please contact us by e-mail: info@soundstore.fi.

Credit Card Privacy

As part of our privacy policy, we can not access our online customer's credit card information or make additional charges for shipping or items. Please do not send credit card information by e-mail as that is not secure.
